The installation dimensions of our planetary gearbox, wheel drive gearbox, winch drive gearbox, and track drive gearbox are entirely consistent with Bosch Rexroth, and the performance parameters are very close to Bosch Rexroth, which can be used instead of Bosch Rexroth products.
The demands on modern crane applications concerning lifting and lowering of frequently heavy loads are clearly defined. In the machine manufacturers’ primary focus, there are characteristics like flexibility and sensitivity in moving and positioning heavy loads, maximum productivity, and a high level of safety for the machine operator and the entire work environment. The new winch gears MOBILE GFW 5000 from Ever-power meet all these requirements and are suitable for use in drilling rigs, mobile and crawler cranes, railway, shipyard, and container cranes. They can be combined with a wide range of Rexroth variable and fixed motors and comprise 8 nominal sizes.

Compact design, limited installation space due to the compact planetary gearbox design with partially integrated hydraulic motor, the transmission mobile GFW 5000 is very suitable for use in limited installation space. The gear unit can be partially integrated into the wire rope drum, band brake, and hydraulic motor. Therefore, they have an excellent protective position in the cable drum. Band Brakes are optimally adapted to their respective nominal sizes.
Hydraulic motor. High resistance and robustness: sizeable tapered roller bearings and a more robust design of all torque transmission components improve the machine’s operation safety and the components’ service life. In addition, Bosch Rexroth uses case hardened gears and tempered case hardened ring gears in this series of transmission devices. This ensures high durability, high service life (even under harsh working conditions), and quiet operation of the gear unit.

We have the most advanced testing equipment, such as a spectrum analyzer for chemical composition testing of rubber materials, tensile strength testing machine, impact value tester and hardness tester, magnetic particle flaw detector, sand blasting machine, and heat treatment equipment. In addition, the precision machining workshop has much-advanced equipment: 23 CNC lathes, 10 vertical CNC boring and milling centers imported from Korea and 1 horizontal boring and milling center, 2 ordinary milling machines, 2 ordinary lathes, 1 grinder, 10 drilling machines, and taps, 2 semi-automatic saws, 1 coordinate measuring machine, 1 projector, 1 processing surface quality testing machine, and 1 mahr altimeter. The tolerance of our products can be controlled below 0.01mm. The accuracy of the testing machine is within 0.005mm. ISO9000 has been implemented. Raw materials include waxless castings and forgings of steel, alloy steel, and ductile iron. All parts will be tested for material chemical composition, strength, and elongation. 80% of our products are exported to North America and European countries. The products apply to hydraulic cylinders, truck brakes, and engines, such as truck hydraulic cylinder ends, connecting rods, pistons, connecting rods, oil valves, oil seals, rubber seals, and brake valves. At present, we are providing truck brake parts for Pac brake. Some of our major customers are Hunter engineering, Rocore, gloss, tiger, tribal, fusion, Emerson, etc.
